Vinte-e-three is a recent project that was born to welcome friends and guests visiting the area. It was thought and created with great affection to ensure the well-being and comfort of the guests and to transform their stay into an experience to repeat. The space is comfortable and welcoming with a modern and well-kept decoration. Relax in this unique and quiet getaway and recharge batteries away from the city bustle. This accommodation is not suitable for children, any situation should be reported to me.

Casa Canela apartment and pool.

A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

It is a calm, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and at the same time rest. We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
