Beachfront vacation rentals in Baie Verte

A very adorable place didn’t mind the 1.10 hrs to our destination as we saw way more than we expected . Very peaceful clean and private . I would go back if they’d have us . Easy communication . Thank you . I loved it❤️

Can I give six stars?? We have stayed in many Airbnb and B&b accommodations. This one is outstanding. The space is extremely comfortable and the hosts, Caroline and Richard, are extraordinary. They are warm, generous and have the best sense of humour. The breakfasts they made for us were absolutely delicious and unique to Newfoundland. We were amazed by the beauty we discovered while hiking in surrounding communities. The Baie Verte Peninsula is definitely worth visiting. We’d love to return someday. We would most definitely recommend Parson’s B&b!

Graham is a great host, friendly and responsive. He was so easy to talk with and made us feel at home from the very start. The cabin is a unique experience, all the amenities you need in a peaceful rustic environment. We will visit again!

The perfect pet friendly pit stop for our drive across the island with our 2 month old and two dogs. We loved the scenery and location, would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Robert's place. Great location close to amenities and a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything about the house reminded us of a visit to "Grandma's House". Beds were comfy and kitchen stocked with lots of dishes and cooking essentials. Robert was also very accommodating when we requested a late check out. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting Springdale. Thank you!!

Great place for a group to go skidooing or in boat, skidoo trails are close and it is a perfect place to stay, will be back

Our stay was great. The place was lovely. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The outside spaces were amazing! Wish I had booked earlier in the year so we could've spent more time out there. November weather not so great for enjoying the evenings outside. We came for a quad ride and this place was close to the trail way. Our only concern was we had someone sensitive to scents and the air fresheners were a bit strong. we put them outside until we left, no biggie. The owner responded immediately the one time we contacted him. If I decide to return to the area, I will definitely stay there again.

I would like to thank Natalie for her wonderful hospitality. This cottage was absolutely gorgeous and have everything at your fingertips just bring our food they even had coffee and all the things you tend to forget. She was amazing at responding if I had a question and gave clear instructions but don't go down Cooks Lane it's Cooks Road lol totally my fault. I will be back again if possible this place is stunning and shows so much pride by the owner. Natalie was wonderful thank you for a relaxing stress free weekend --oh they even had firewood for the pit or the inside fireplace AMAZING

Upon arrival Andrea greeted us ensuring smooth entrance addressing any question we may have had. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen to enjoy in or outside dinning. The deck overlooking the bay with views to settle into. We would come back and stay longer to explore the area more.

Our stay at this little cabin was so nice. We loved the spot. Great decor and so much care has been taken to ensure guests have everything they need. Hope I get to come back!

Beautiful little spot. Definitely not accessible though, but we managed. We were very happy with our overnight stay.

Incredible stay! Exceptional Airbnb. We honestly didn’t want to leave. We could have stayed there all summer. We loved the space, it is probably our favorite Airbnb place ever. And we have really loved all the places we’ve stayed, but this one is just dreamy! The location, the home, and the views are breathtaking! And we loved the town. Everyone was so kind. It was also a great central location to explore out of. Our host was great. We are grateful he could extend our stay for another day. We also couldn’t have asked for better neighbors to share such a private location with. They were kind, helpful and very considerate of our stay and we appreciated them a lot for all of that. If you’re considering staying here but aren’t sure… I promise you, it’s worth every dollar to have the experience of having a private oasis.
