We had a great time at Marie's place. Wishlist of our trip for accommodation but also the place! everything was great! the apartment, the terrace, the air conditioning in the bedrooms, very few mosquitoes. In addition, Marie's mom prepared us to eat every night and it was super good! I would highly recommend this additional service. Village du Morne is very nice, with a few local restaurants to eat, a few convenience stores. We'll come back to this address!

The bungalow is really something special. The wooden house is high-quality and minimalist but tastefully decorated. The veranda overlooking the garden is a real highlight. You are in nature, with everything you need. The view is really fantastic. We didn't particularly like the very close beach, even though it was exciting for the children to watch the planes. Otherwise, the location is good for excursions to Le Morne, the south coast, Chamarel and the national park. Communication with Olivier was easy. We were there with two small children, so a special view: the wood creaks quite a bit, as do the doors. Difficult for noise-sensitive children in the evening/ at night. In addition, there are dogs on the property that are very sweet and usually do not pay attention to us. Still not for everyone.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The apartment is located on the property of the family, which is very nice and always gave us fruit, vegetables and their own samosa. The apartment is very large with 6 beds and a terrace. The furniture has already been used a bit, which does not diminish the overall impression. You can reach all the highlights of the south from here. A rental car is recommended. The address was not displayed correctly on Google Maps, but after a short phone call we were able to find it one street away. We were very pleased.
