This pleasant large studio/F1 type apartment has just been renovated and tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort! Large 160 cm bed + sofa convertible into 140 cm extra bed. Very comfortable and fully covered terrace overlooking a small shaded garden with gas BBQ provided. Washing machine available. This apartment is located a stone's throw from the Baie des Citrons with access through the garden or via the entrance to the residence, secure parking space and storage room if needed.

Charming unit near the beach

1 bedroom & bathroom unit located in a small building, (level 2). Fully furnished kitchen. Very convenient location, a short stroll (approx400m) to the beach, restaurants, shops, bars, aquarium… The Ouen Toro trail is located at the top of the street, you can start running/walking into the dry forest, the public swimming pool is very close too! Bus to the city operates just one street below our unit which is convenient to go to the fresh market to get fish, fruit & veg, souvenirs as well

Beautiful apartment a short walk to the beach.

You will be charmed by the neat decor as well as the privileged location of this apartment. A 5-minute walk from Baie des Citrons and Port Plaisance shopping center, everything is within easy reach! Bars, restaurants, food, pharmacy, hairdresser, shops. Relax in the ultra-soft sofa while listening to your favorite songs. Have your coffee on the terrace facing the harbor. Walk to one of the many restaurants in Baie des Citrons and enjoy its breathtaking sunset!

We had a great stay in Franck's apartment with our family of 5 including two children and a toddler. We had a lovely time at Jean-Luc and Sandrine’s beautiful home. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a short stay in Noumea. Their place is a short walk from food, shops, and attractions. Jean-Luc was super responsive - we had a minor hiccup (a translation issue) about the number of beds required, so encourage you to be clear about bedding required. Otherwise, we had no issues finding the place or feeling at home. Highly recommend.

There was 6 of us friends and 1 toddler and the place was so great for us to enjoy ourselves. It felt very private and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the undercover outdoor area was the best for nighttime! Morgan was super accommodating and helpful. We would stay again!
