From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Enjoy a central and peaceful home. When I arrived in Douarnenez, my desire was simple: to live in the heart of Douarnenez to be able to do everything on foot, while being in a quiet area. My apartment slightly overlooks the city but I can access everything I like (Halles, port, beach, coastal trail...) on foot in less than 10 minutes. Small (42 m2 anyway!) but well arranged, I completely renovated it to make it the "nest" I need to recharge my batteries. Kenavo!
