Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

This ground floor is completely exterior, sunny, Seaview and very good location because we are located on the seafront in Bandol. The first beach is 100 m away, and the other -2min by walk. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well cared-for with materials of superior quality. It's fully airconditioned, soundproofed (2way traffic) and also a private box closed underground.

My accommodation is close to everything, the view is exceptional on the bay of portissol with the ballet of boats in front of you. Restaurants, beach, shops are nearby you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and the cost of parking right next to the apartment and you can enjoy your holidays on foot, beaches, restaurants, idleness.
