Enjoy the great outdoors, a sandy beach and the sea at your feet in a chalet equipped to accommodate the whole family. You will hear the breaths of the whales and live at the slow pace of a small village that offers the outdoors at will. Several hiking trails, sea kayaking, direct access to the beach in the backyard, marine wildlife watching, mountain biking, snowmobiling, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, will be available. Nature lovers will be pampered by the beauty of the landscapes and its completely unique viewpoint. The variety of birds is impressive and seals are part of the furniture. The exterior was refurbished in 2021 and the house is now RED. The interior of the home was renovated in 2017. Beach access and BBQ on site. 3 km from downtown Sainte-Flavie, 5 km from Mont-Joli and 30 minutes' drive from Rimouski town. The cleaning is done by a cleaning company.
