Beachfront vacation rentals in Baia Caddinas, Golfo Aranci

It was a privilege to stay in one of the historical buildings which are perched on the spectacular cliffs that make Bonifacio special. And Beatrice was the perfect host, responding at all times with great advice and assistance. She gave me both an early check-in and a late check-out and even dropped me off in time to catch my bus to Ajaccio. Memories are made eating fresh baguette, cheese and the most delicious fig confiture (bought at the local store) for breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the stupendous view and the seagulls gliding past. Sublime stay!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had the pleasure of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we lacked nothing. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and a snack bar for lunches. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5 km away where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

Marta's house is small but very nice and cared for in every detail, great for two people. The outdoor terrace is perfect for meals and is sheltered from the sun by magnificent flowers. Getting to the sea on foot is convenient, about 10 minutes, as is getting to the town center. You can reach other wonderful beaches in a short time by car. Marta was very kind and helpful. Recommended!!

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

We really enjoyed the time at the villa. Everything is so great and lovingly furnished, the house, the garden and the beach. Communication was great and everyone was so helpful. We went with our 10-month-old son and they arranged a baby cot for us. Really everything is great and the surroundings are really great. White sandy beach and Caribbean flair 5 minutes away by car.

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

We were in this beautiful house for the 2nd time and it was even more beautiful than in our memory. The house and the property are super well maintained and the view from the terraces is simply magnificent. Giuseppe was always quickly accessible and Marchesa and her team take care of everything very conscientiously. Her home-cooked dinner is highly recommended. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed here in the Easter holidays with our son (2,5 years old). Very cosy and well equipped accomodation! There was a babybed and -seat for our son and plenty of room to play outside on the terrace. Location is absolutely stunning and enough to do in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was lovely. We enjoyed being so close to a nearby beach and the ease of getting into town and exploring the area. Very responsive host and we will for sure be back one day soon!

We absolutely loved staying at Elena’s condo! Exactly as described and was super clean! We needed some recommendations and Elena always responded with extremely helpful advice. The area is very slow and quiet which we loved. Within walking distance of all Porto Rotondo has to offer!!

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous apartment in June. The view from the balcony was my favourite part of our whole holiday. It was so lovely to look out to sea and have the sound of the waves throughout the accommodation. Pool and sea access is a very very short walk from the door. Monica was lovely and helpful with anything we needed. Good beaches nearby (Spiaggia Bianca). 6 mins walk to a pizza restaurant and a bar. 15 mins walk to a bar and supermarket. Note the restaurants in Golfo are more of a 40 mins walk so leave the heels at home! As this apartment is on a very well maintained and beautifully thought out complex it is very safe and everyone we saw was lovely. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring NE Sardinia. A car is preferable.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Alessandra was so wonderful, very kind and always attentive and helpful. The home was perfectly located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. It has everything you could possibly need. We got to interact with locals, and even found the restaurants in the neighborhood to be our favorite. It’s conveniently very close to downtown Olbia, but away from all the crowds. Last but not least, the sea and the spectacular views from the apartment. It was the perfect way to wake up every morning. The walk-able beach was stunning, with calm waves and clear waters.
