Playa Del Paraiso is a Beach Front-high-rise complex near down town San Felipe, next to the Marina. Watch the boats come in by day and the city lights by night. The city can be seen from both bedrooms and living room. The property is guarded for your security. The pool is located right near the walkway to the sand. Building 1 is complete and fully functional, where our unit is. Building 2 is under construction, however, no construction is currently underway. Parking is free. No Pets.

PLEASE READ FIRST!!! This charming cinderblock casita operates 100% off-grid with solar power, propane and water tanks and its got wi-fi. NO HOT WATER It is located ON the beach, 100 ft from the sea. No traffic, no tourists...just endless beach with the calm, warm sea of Cortez. We do provide limited blanket, sheets, towels for queen bed, + a blanket/ sheet for modular couch. Bring whatever else you might need. Consider this almost camping like experience. Thank you.

I liked the place, close to the beach and all the services Just a suggestion, ask for the code in advance. They sent it to us late and we were outside in the heat. But very comfortable inside.

It was absolutely perfect — private, clean, and peaceful. No one bothers you; it’s just you and the world. Adan does an amazing job with the sushi (you have to try it!). Ana is incredible — helpful, easygoing, and so thoughtful. Even though I didn’t bring things like beach chairs, an umbrella, or a cooler, she lent them to us. Everything was just perfect. Thank you, Adan and Ana!

Loved it, this quiet, the beach is clean, has direct access to the beach, it is in the view of the sea, everything good with the traia, I definitely come back again!
