Un departamento con su estilo único a la orilla de la playa. En la planta baja, su patio esta conectado al amplio area común. Disfruta del ambiente familiar relajado, donde se escuchan las olas y la brisa. Equipado con cocina, baño, AC, calefacción, TV smart, cajon de estacionamiento en frente del edificio. En la recamara hay una cama King con una bicama individual. Cuando la bicama esta en uso se llena el cuarto (casi de pared a pared) con cama. En la sala hay un sofacama individual.

MISION BAY FACING THE SEA AND WITH A POOL

Comfortable, fully equipped apartment. Completely renovated in May 2019, located on the oceanfront, ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. It also features a large communal pool on the upper level, where the parking area is located. Enjoy a barbecue on the large grill while looking out at the ocean. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUILDING AND THE SURROUNDING AREA ARE OLD, AND THESE ARE MATTERS UNRELATED TO THE CONDO WE ARE RENTING TO YOU, AND THAT THE INTERNET AT KINO IS SLOW.
