Increadibly clean, well equipped apartment in a good location. The host was easy to reach, kind and helpful. I honestly recommend this place to anyone who needs a quality accommodation in Baghdad.

Mo, was a great host, very responsive and friendly, it was an experience worth every dollar We requested an early check-in and he responded with positivity and support. The check in was very simple, and the apt was spotless and quiet. There’s a very friendly man who speaks English at the shop next to the apt who was very helpful the next morning when my taxi driver couldn’t find the building. Perfect place to stay for a night as I slept off jet lag.

Mohammed’s place is fantastic and so is Mohammed. I will definitely stay here if I come again. He was super responsive and helpful, and he arranged transfers too and from the airport. Everything in the apartment was clean and comfy. The building is also quiet and clean. Although there is some street noise from traffic, it didn’t bother me much. The location is great as well - you can walk to anything in Karada and it’s a short drive to many things you want to do. Nice grocery store nearby, too. WiFi, heater/air conditioning, and everything else worked great. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you, Mohammed!

The vibe here is that of a nice bagdad hotel room. It was very clean, very quiet and well placed to get around. The bed is firm and comfortable. The kitchen is minimal but a refrigerator and a hot plate. You are surrounded by inexpensive restaurants so there is no need to cook. One has to keep in mind that this is Bagdad where things are not perfect but the people are wonderful and this apartment is a great jumping off space to discover the city. The owner is nice and helpful. I would return here.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place at this price point. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and all the essential amenities were provided for a smooth and enjoyable stay in Baghdad. A big thank you to the host, and especially to Mr. Ahmed for making my stay so welcoming.

Well worth the stay! A lovely apartment with all that you need and very central and close to everything. We will definitely recommend to others and come back and stay again.

Mohammed is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the apartment is ideal. The bed was comfortable and the living space was large and clean. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to those visiting Baghdad.

بالنسبة لي كانت تجربة ممتعة بكل المقاييس . استقبال بكل احترام و أدب و تعامل بمستوى عالي من الأخلاق و في حالة الحاجة إلى الصيانة البسيطة تكون الاستجابة فوريّة و جميع الأثاث جديد و تم توفير حتى سوائل التنظيف كافة يمكنني ان اكتب الكثير لكن باختصار شديد أنا جدا سعيد بالتعامل مع الدكتور احمد او المشرف و لو سمحت لي الفرصة مرّة أخرى أعيد التجربة معهم لأني تعاملت مع أشخاص يستحقون اعلى درجات الاحترام و اكثر . كلّ الشكر إلى الدكتور احمد و المشرف السيد موسى و إلى كل عمال الصيانة الذين عملوا على توفير الراحة لي و على استجابتهم السريعة.
