I had an amazing stay in Ujjain! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with AC, WiFi, and a nice attached washroom. Everything matched the listing exactly — they had clearly mentioned there’s no kitchen, and that was as expected. I especially appreciated the personal semi-automatic washing machine, which was very convenient. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

Sthanvi Ac Room with Balcony

The homestay is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, 24 hours water supply, hardly any power outage (max it was for 5 mins). Branded air conditioning and television work flawlessly. The bed has a really good mattress, and I had the home like sleep during my stay. Privacy was well respected at this place, and there was absolutely no interference from Pushpendra Ji or his family. They provide a refrigerator as well. For laundry, a guy comes over and returns the stuff within 0 to 1 day with a nominal charge. The bathroom is attached, the wardrobe was spacious, and the view is amazing. One side is the view of the colony, and the other side is a large wheat farm. I work while traveling, and the homestay provided me with the high-speed wifi to work smoothly. I'd highly recommend Sthanvi! In fact, for any future visits to Ujjain, I am going to stick with Sthanvi. PS: Pushpendra Ji is a policeman, so security is never going to be a concern xD (Ujjain is anyway a safe place)
