Dieses kleine Apartment ist einfach anders! Du schläfst Kopf an Kopf mit der historischen Stadtmauer. Sie ist frisch mit klimafreundlichem Lehm verputzt und ist weitaus älter, als das mit 1750 datierte Haus. Früher wurden hier die Weinfässer geeicht. Urige Betonwände und der ursprüngliche Boden aus Bachwacken stehen in einem spannenden Kontrast zueinander. Ein Unikat! Wenn du das Aussergewöhnliche magst, bist du hier genau richtig! The spacious apartment is located in the basement of our house with a separate entrance. The house is located on a low-traffic street in a residential area. The area is therefore very quiet. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)
