From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)

The accommodation is so incredibly beautiful and elegantly furnished that you can hardly believe it at first sight. The view of the vineyards, the great sofa, the bed, the kitchen, the fantastic bathroom...everything pure luxury and sooo incredibly stylish. Simply a dream. Stefan showed us around and explained everything in person. The lighting control is technically modern and you can enter the apartment with a code, so you can neither lock yourself out nor lose a key. We were very sad when we had to leave and hope to be back soon. (apart from the apartment, you can visit about 200 wineries from Herxheim👍🍷) Thank you for the perfect getaway. Birgit and Thomas 💋

Staying with Vera & Jörg was fantastic! We were warmly welcomed and received a small introduction. Everything you need for a short or long stay is available, the communication was great and the highlight was that we could share the garden and so have breakfast and dinner in the countryside. The two are fantastic, warm hosts. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you!!

Fantastic house in a prime location

We stayed with 4 adults for a weekend from Friday to Sunday in the accommodation. From there, we started cycling tours in the area. Communication beforehand went great, check-in and (also check-out) were handled super flexibly and very kindly by the host's mother. The kitchen is super equipped, with everything your heart desires and there is a small basic supply of food. We didn't cook anything except breakfast, but after what we saw, that wouldn't have been a problem for 4 people at all. The rooms were all sparkling clean. There were plenty of sheets and towels and the bathroom with rain shower caused general enthusiasm with us. In the evening, we sat on the spacious terrace to the garden to end the day. The surroundings are absolutely quiet, you can sleep with the window open. We were able to park and charge our e-bikes in the garden. Highly recommended accommodation.
