Disconnect from the routine. 13 km from Córdoba la Bella. Overlooking the Guadiato River and particular playita. In this dream house and on the banks of the Rio there is no need for air conditioning , the house is cool in summer and in winter a fireplace and firewood that we sell very cheaply . A lot of privacy. Ten minutes away from one of the best restaurants in Sierra Los Arenales and magnificent otter, heron, and deer routes. There is an outdoor security camera to control theft, fires, and unauthorized visits.
