Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided.

Our barrier-free apartment is located in Urmitz and directly on the Rhine. The apartment in a quiet location is 70 sqm and has a glass facade facing the Rhine in the living room. Both the living room and bedroom have access to the large terrace. Make yourself comfortable here and enjoy the view. The kitchen is new and offers you everything you need. Coffee is available unlimited.

Valley - Ponds - Sheep

A valley almost to yourselves. Plants and animals of all kinds await you. The apartment is located in a side valley of the Rhine on the Rheinsteig between Cologne and Koblenz. The Eifel Mountains are opposite and the Westerwald is behind. You can relax by your own fish ponds. Or go hiking from the front door. Dogs are welcome. For 2-4 people.
