Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Due to the direct parking location and the location of the apartment in the courtyard, it is absolutely quiet here. Free, reserved parking is available right in front of the private, separate entrance. The apartment is spacious, has extra-high ceilings and is modernly furnished. My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm
