Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are happy to welcome you to our small but very cozy and bright apartment on the 2nd floor of our apartment building. We ourselves live on the first floor with our two small children and our dog, as well as the other half of the 2nd floor. In the attic, there is also a very nice young couple renting. The apartment entrances are all accessible via a common hallway. The apartment is centrally located. A few minutes' walk to downtown, the Rhine or the forest.

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm
