Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, one bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.

Home with a view, large property & balcony

Our two adjoining vacation homes, each for four people, are located in Kalenborn, near Kaiseresch in the Volcanic Eifel. On the 800 square meter property, overlooking a lot of nature, you can really enjoy your stay. With 80 square meters of living space and a large kitchen, the vacation home offers enough space for 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to three children. There is an electric grill on the large balcony. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friends.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

Quaint half-timbered house 200 m from the Moselle bank Pünderich

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace, and in the basement, there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends. Prices include cleaning and the Airbnb fee.

There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. The garden supports the comfort with a heated hot tub, the barbecue area with a Weber grill and the 85 sqm play-fun fitness center with training equipment and entertainment. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
