It is located in a village 10 minutes from Meung sur Loire and the A10, shops, 30 minutes from Orléans and less than 1 hour from the Loire Castles (Chambord). On the ground floor: 1 large living room with equipped kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, 1 garden. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 bookcase, 1 large bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Another more intimate floor will lead to a 3rd bedroom by an atypical tower.
