The apartment had a good location for me. I was always able to meet up with friends nearby. You were quickly in town, both on foot and by taxi. The bus to Hanoi leaves right around the corner. The apartment was clean and bright. There were fresh towels every day. Small deficiencies were immediately remedied. Communication with the host was very good. WiFi reception was very good. There was enough space to store things. There's plenty of room. The apartment was ideal for my stay.

The host is very responsive and helpful! She respond to questions pretty quick—average response time is often less than 1-2 minutes. She is also reachable anytime! We arrived at midnight, and she stayed up to help us arrange cars for picking up at the airport and check-ins. The place is also good overall. The apartment is managed by professional cleaners. If I had to be picky, the place seems to be a bit smaller than the picture, but it’s just enough for 2-3 people
