Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Rico was such an amazing host! The place itself was so clean and we felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood and kind neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

Andrea's property was lovely and very inviting. We enjoyed our short stay there and would stay there again. The bed and sofa bed were both comfy and with the space heater (winter stay), the temperature was just right. There was even a vacation kitty that came to say hello each morning! All in all, we would definitely return!

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

We used this as our base for a family funeral in the area and it was perfect for our tribe of 10. Great size living space with extra folding chairs. Kitchen & bathrooms were stocked with all the basics. Bonus of the playroom full of toys was much loved by our 3 & 1 year old grandkids (and not counted as a bedroom but worked great with the Pak n play we brought for their naps & sleeping). Plenty of parking both on the driveway and on the street. Carol was super responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing and always responsive. Also loved that there were 2 laundry rooms provided. Highly recommend!

The house lived up to the expectations, LOVE that the kitchen had shutter windows where we could see the backyard & cook at the same time. We went on a late night walk & the neighborhood seemed really peaceful. 28 min to Disney in the morning, definitely would stay here again when we return to L.A. thanks again Chunjiang!

This is a beautiful home. Exceptionally clean, spacious, quiet and, for us, perfectly situated. Iveth is very helpful and an excellent communicator. If we come back to Sierra Madre we will try to come back here.

This was a great find in Baldwin Park. Close to countless coffee shops and restaurants so if you want to get work done during the morning and have fun in the evenings, this place is perfect

I loved this house! Perfect for my travel partner and I on our business trip. Super clean, beds comfortable- nice pool to swim in. The kitchen is great- TV and living room was good. Bobby was an AMAZING HOST!!! Best HOST ON AIRBNB LITERALLY!!! The property was more luxurious than photos perceived. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY TO BOOK IN LA NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Bobby was very communicative, highly respectful, very helpful, and highly professional. Bobby made my birthday weekend the best birthday I’ve ever had. No Kidding! Bobby’s property was in pristine condition everything worked. Everything in the house looked 10x better in person TRUST ME!!! Shout out to BOBBY!!!! A trip I won’t forget about EVER!!!

Great home and a great host I’d stay here again!

This place was beautiful, modern and had fabulous amenities, including a high-powered Ninja juicer. The host was very quickly responsive to every request and when the refrigerator went out, they quickly provided not (1) one but (2) two new ones! Very impressive!

This was a great place to stay. Very accommodating for me and my entire family with all the extras that were included like paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and toilet paper. We did a Walmart run and forgot those essentials but host was thoughtful and already had it taken care of. Also, really like that each room has its own AC unit. My father doesn’t like the cold so we usually have to accommodate him and “suffer” in the heat lol but it was nice that he was able to keep his own space warm. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I were displaced because of the Eaton Fire. We stayed at Min's duplex for two months. Min was always responsive to our needs and saw to it that we felt comfortable. It has been a tremendously difficult time for us and we truly appreciate her attentiveness. ~ Craig
