Cosy Historic Home w/ balcony

Cosy & private, this is my home, where I live, which I occasionally share when away. The apartment’s fully equipped, with all the comfort of a residence lived in daily. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, a central location, close transport, a space with soul and stories + AC, washing machine, free parking and a work station. The Wind Mill

Beautifully located in hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sits the Marinhas windmill. The windmill dates from the year 1758 and was built in the traditional northern Portuguese style with circular walls, two floors, an entrance on the grown floor and two windows on the upper floor. It is classified as a municipal heritage building. The mill is 130 meters above sea level thus providing a breathtaking view over the towns and ocean and a unique retreat for the more adventurous guest.

Quinta dos Moinhos

Fantastic detached villa with privileged river views in the Praia da Lomba area, embraced by the surrounding mountains. The property is interconnected by charming Portuguese cobblestone paths, allowing fluid access from the living areas directly to the riverbank. Enjoy total privacy and absolute silence in an idyllic setting, strategically located just 20 minutes from Porto city center and 30 minutes from the International Airport, perfectly blending nature with urban convenience.

Casa do Vitó

Casa do Vitó, of traditional architecture, is located in the village of Paços, parish of Souselo in the municipality of Cinfães, in a rural cluster next to EN222, a mythical road in our country. In the surrounding area, you can take nature hikes, tours along the Douro and Paiva rivers, visit the Paiva Walkways or discover the charms of the Magic Mountains. You will be welcomed by the host Vitó who, being local and knowing the area, will help you discover the region's charms.

Cascata Studio

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.
