Enjoy your stay in this beautiful countryside, located 20 minutes from downtown Cuenca. It has green spaces, soccer and volleyball court, pool with climate, climate pool, living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor dining room, BBQ, independent rooms, reading room and games, wifi and parking. La Quinta is on the mountain and you have supermarkets 10 minutes from the sector. We recommend the purchase before going up to the Quinta. The road to the Quinta is second order, 2km of dirt road.
