Fantastic stay, quiet place and close to the beach. Gerard and his wife were always very helpful and kind.

An excellent place to connect with nature and forget about the monotony. They offer good hospitality, kindness, are very attentive and provide excellent service. I would go back and have not one but several more stays there.

Beautiful place with direct beach access. Delicious breakfast and the Villa is very comfortable. Gerard and his family are very attentive. There's no noise!! And it's very close to the village.

Gerard's staff in general is a 100. I recommend everything about this place, I describe it as a magnificent place. Don't skip breakfast, it's very tasty, varied and delicious. Gerard's wife was attentive to every detail at all times. Staying with Gerard is like being at home.

Very cozy and good weather since it is in the mountains, safe it is in a closed complex, the host is super nice, everything was clean, a good place to enjoy as a family, I would definitely come back!

Good and comfortable place to stay

we highly recommend Gérard's beautiful villa. The place is very quiet, very nice and the whole is very harmonious. Gérard's welcome is also friendly with advice and recommendations. We are delighted with our stay and will most certainly come back.

Gerard was very responsive and nice. The room was clean and the place looked even better in person. We visited on a Tuesday so it was very quiet, we were the only my guests there, which we LOVED. The beach IS AMAZING!! Pristine water!! We also had the beach to ourselves, which we were also thrilled about. Overall lovely experience, definitely recommend!

At check-in, the reception was not staffed and we had to wait a bit. When checking out, the poor breakfast man was responsible for everything alone as long as no other employee was there. He did a great job. The hotel had a great pool with two small pools that were perfect for my son. The room and beds were cozy. Everything was very clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. And we would book this hotel again.

Amazing spot. Gearard is a cool cat. Gave me some guitars au gratis upon arrival. Helpful with making sure I was taken care of. Beautiful and friendly staff. Want to go back!

Excellent place to have fun in the beach and in the pool, at least 5 restaurants at walkable distance, including inside the hotel. This will be a great place if you came to party and have fun, there is plenty of music and hang-outs until late at night, its not a peaceful retreat, its a fun retreat.

This place was great! More than I expected for sure. The staff at the location are friendly and professional. The place is so peaceful. - The view, the view.. THE VIEW!!!!!! - Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. - I didn't expect toiletries, yet they provided them, along with clean towels for each bedroom and pool area. Overall, I would visit again in a heartbeat!

Everything was excellent! I loved being on site, it is more beautiful than in photos . Patrice very helpful the beach is great Silo and Daysi service great. Would come back!

This place was amazing perfect for a big group. We felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of it. Well stocked kitchen. The beach was great. Very clean sheets and comfortable beds. One of our favorite things about the villa was Mr Bimbino the caretaker he was so nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

Our weekend at Puntarena Beach Condos was exactly what we needed — peaceful and rejuvenating. The condo was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for quiet beach walks and relaxing afternoons. The calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene escape.

The place was pretty good, everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms well organized. We were greeted by Mayra too chula Ella and very helpful. I recommend the 10... with a pool would be super! But you'll soon have it.

Our stay was excellent, Ana was ALWAYS willing to help at all times from the beginning when the reservation was made, her house was impeccable, everything was just like the photos, good service, I know I would come back. The location is just 2 minutes from the beach, and the house has everything you need to have a good time. I recommend it 100%
