Daniela and Tito welcomed us, as if we had met from before, they were very attentive to us. The cottage has everything you need to spend comfortable in coyahique, we felt very welcoming, the place is very special, surrounded by nature to rest and disconnect, they touched us two days of rain that we love. We will certainly return.. 💯 recommended. Our children enjoyed the surroundings every day with games, always accompanied by Nalca, the most affectionate dog we have shared with on this trip, there are also two more puppies that are very well behaved and that we will miss them!!!

Marco and his family are very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt at home. Our cottage (No. 5) had 1 room with one double bed and 1 room with three beds, so the four of us had enough space. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and if something is missing, Marco is happy to help out. Especially nice was the evening together with guests from all over the world, to which Marco and his family invited. It was a wonderful evening. You can feel that Marco and his family lead their Refugio with a lot of love and dedication. Excellent stay, totally recommended either to rest and disconnect for several days or spend a night near Balmaceda for a flight the next day. The cabin was equipped with everything you need. Communication with Joel was always efficient.

Paola’s cabaña was a dream stay! We are travelling the Carretera Austral in a camper but needed a few days break from the car to rest and relax and this was the perfect place! We loved soaking in the tinaja and gazing at the stars, cooking some nice meals in the big and well equipped kitchen, and staying toasty with the fireplace - oh and the bed was super comfy! Paola was the loveliest host, it felt like we had known her forever. Highly highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the place and host was responsive and helpful to any questions . We are from the US and don’t speak Spanish. Will rent again next year, had lots of fun and some good fishing.

Excellent accommodation!! Marcos and Andrea are the best hosts. Everything was perfect upon our arrival and they waited for us with the stove on, the house was warm. I recommend it 100%

The cabin is very nice, clean and tidy, it has everything you need to have a good time, the heating is excellent, they had firewood and everything you need to light it. 100% recommended

The apartment looks the same as in the photos, spacious, very comfortable and with a beautiful view. The hosts were always attentive to our needs, they provided us with firewood and other amenities, they guided us regarding activities, tours and trips that we could do in Coyhaique, they even helped us rent a car. We felt right at home, we were very grateful, we will definitely be back!!

Wonderful cabin! Everything was impeccable and clean, located in a beautiful setting with priceless views of Lake Pollux and direct access to it. Close to downtown Coyhaique but far enough to disconnect (35-40 min) and get to know the surrounding cities and towns. The road is unpaved but totally passable and friendly, we arrived in a 4x2 vehicle. Its owners are a delight, they waited for us even though we were late and they accompanied us to the place, giving us the instructions very kindly, and were always very attentive to how we were doing. The cabin is really nice, comfortable and cozy, it exceeded our expectations, we recommend it 100%.

Everything you need for a good stay in Puerto Aysen. The location near the river and surrounded by greenery. The most remarkable thing is Pardo!!

Carolina and Augustin were very attentive. Carolina helped us with information about one of the tours we wanted to do, which had a different protocol due to the cold. Without your referrals, we wouldn't have made it. The space is cozy, has a full kitchen, which was great for preparing our meals. The heating is wood-burning, we love the experience of lighting and keeping the fire going. The bed has electric heating, so we really got very warm. The location is excellent, with a wonderful view of Cerro Castillo and close to a fruit shop and market. We really like it!

This cabin is just as described. The unit is spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is tucked away in quiet woods near a small river. The host was friendly (as were the family cat and dog) and made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful home with everything you need! Great location that is very walkable to restaurants and stores. Karem is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Very nice the cottage. Strategically located for us because we needed to spend the night to go to the airport in the morning and it was very close, the place is very cozy and we had a rainy night that felt very pleasant.

Family trip with two small children, excellent experience, the house and surroundings were impeccable. Very good location, although the last stretch is rough, you don't need a 4x4. Near Coyhaique (30 min.) and with a store nearby (on route 7 to the north 15 min), an impressively quiet place, you literally can't hear any noise, the house dog hardly barks, almost always somewhere else, and when he goes out he doesn't bother at all. Cristina is very friendly and always attentive to any need, with very fast response time. Excellent value for money, we would definitely come back.

Amazing place in the Cerro Castillo national park. The hut is incredibly cosy and provides all the amenities you‘ll need. You can hike to the Laguna Cerro Castillo directly from your front door. We managed to get there and back with a non-4x4 SUV but we had luck with the conditions. I would definitely recommend a 4x4 for these roads.
