Nice, functional and comfortable house for relaxing near Cuautla. It has a garden and a small and nice private pool; ideal for children 10 years old and younger. Located on the grounds of the Ex Hacienda del Río Coahuixtla. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, 2 terraces, equipped kitchen, barbecue, breakfast and dining room, palapa and view of the river. Pets welcome; no parties or loud music. A gated community. In the common area, there is another garden and swimming pool. Access by paying the subdivision fee.

We are minutes from the six flags Hurriacan Harbor water park, 25 minutes from Yecapixtla and half an hour from Tepoztlán. Enjoy the 2 pools we have, one inside the private and the other in the backyard of the house, heated(panels) and only for you and your family. Make a roast beef at Roof Garden.
