Au coeur de la Baie du Mont St Michel, entre la Merveille et Granville, cette maison vous accueillera pour vos séjours normands. Pouvant accueillir 10 personnes, dans un quartier résidentiel à 2 pas des grèves, vous pourrez vous y reposer après une traversée et y passer d'excellentes soirées en famille ou entre amis... Un hamac sous les arbres, des transats et un barbecue vous permettront de vous détendre... Sans oublier le terrain de pétanque, le filet de volley ou la table de ping-pong !

Maison de campagne

Attention il y a quatre escaliers dans la maison ce qui pourrait embêter certaines personnes. Profitez de la quiétude de notre maison secondaire, où vous y trouverez une décoration atypique composée d'objets en tous genres. Elle est aménagée pour recevoir 6 à 8 personnes. Vous pourrez apprécier le jardin arboré de 2700 m². L’été: feux de camps, barbecues. L’hiver: poêle à bois. La maison se situe à l'entrée d’un petit village Normand de 400 habitants. Les animaux ne sont pas autorisés.

A 10 km à vol d'oiseau du Mont Saint Michel, cette maison a tout pour plaire. Dépendance d'une ancienne ferme, elle a été rénovée en 2021 pour accueillir 4-5 personnes (1 lit à 2 places, 1 lit à 1 place et un canapé convertible à 1-2 places). Venez profiter d'un coin de verdure à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques locaux (Saint Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Rennes, Fougères, Granville, Iles Chausey, plages, ...). Gite spacieux et lumineux de 6 à 10 personnes de 120 m2 (partie principale) et de 10 m2 (dépendance) au cœur de la Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel. Un endroit idéal pour visiter, se promener, se reposer… entre amis ou en famille. Ce gîte de charme en pierre a été fraîchement et entièrement rénové, avec 300 m2 de terrain. Idéalement placé, à 5min d'Avranches, 20 min du Mont-St-Michel, 3 min de l’A84. Les draps sont facultatifs au prix de 15€ par lit double - 8€ pour les lits simples.
