Vacation rentals with a patio in Avoriaz, Morzine

A fabulous stay, close to Morzine pleney/super Morzine using Bus U or P. A perfect stay for a couple or solo traveller. Has all the amenities needed, close to the supermarket “Sherpa”, TV is smart TV, so perfect for watching films after a long day on the slopes. Very little noise if any from roadside and quiet area. Would 100% stay again in the future. Nitzan’s communication throughout was also superb.

I couldn’t recommend the apartment highly enough and the help we were given by Sophie . This apartment is in the perfect location for enjoying all that the Town of Morzine has to offer and providing really easy access to all ski areas via the great bus service .. stop 2 mins ( literally ) from the front door . Fabulous small pizza restaurant at the end of the lane .. great takeaway . Apartment well fitted out if you want to cook .. large area to socialise together . Bed linen & towels lovely .. good storage all round . Loved it .. thank you Sophie .

Absolutely OUTSTANDING AirBnB. Beautifully decorated and furnished; equipped with every possible thing that guests might need or want (including binoculars and trekking poles!) and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A mere two-minute walk from the train station yet still quiet and peaceful. Close to many restaurants and shops. Aurélien is a fabulous, responsive host who clearly cares about his guests. We hope to return to Chamonix some day and would be delighted to stay at this gem of an AirBnB again!

Wir haben im Chalet von Simone sehr schöne Sommertage verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Unsere zwei Kinder (1 und 4 Jahre) hatten besonders große Freude an den vorhandenen Spielsachen. Die Gegend um Morgins bat für sehr viele Möglichkeiten für uns (Freibäder, ausgeschilderte Wanderwege mit schönen Bergrestaurants, anspruchsvolle Trails fürs Trailrunning, schöne Dörfer und Städtchen rundrum usw.). Simone ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die schnell und flexibel auf alle unsere Anliegen reagiert hat.

logement très soigné et hôte hyper sympa . très belle découverte de la station de Morzine et des environs ( n ayez pas peur : on est bien en France , quoiqu on puisse en douter qq fois ...) . ne pas hésiter à visiter l église qui est magnifique . la boulangerie a côté du logement est un piège absolu pour les régimes ! surtout ne pas gouter les écureuils : c'est addictif!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement est propre et confortable. Nous avons été très bien reçue, Régina est très arrangeante et prévenante, nous la remercions encore ! Nous recommandons à 200%.

Beautiful place! Fully equipped kitchen with stunning pieces of crockery! The kitchen was very well organised and everything was layed out perfectly and fully stocked with all utensils needed. The balcony view was mesmerising, this apartment comes with games such as UNO which my partner and I throughly enjoyed playing on the balcony overlooking morzine and its sunset. Everything about this place was perfect, look forward to hopefully staying again !!

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Le logement est magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. James s'est montré très réactif et sympathique aussi bien avant notre arrivée dans le logement qu'une fois installés. Le logement n'est pas facile à trouver mais grace aux explications de James nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté. Le logement est très bien agencé, très bien équipé et convient parfaitement aux enfants en bas âge grâce aux barrières de sécurité. Je recommande ce logement.

Chalet parfaitement équipé, à 20 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique du Vercland et de quelques restaurants. L’endroit est calme est féerique lorsqu’il y a de la neige (sûrement très bien sans neige mais nous avons eu de la neige d’avoir un Noël enneigé)!

Un petit chalet avec tout le confort nécessaire, au calme, point de départ idéal pour les amoureux de randonnées. Conciergerie réactive et à l'écoute.

Magnifique endroit avec superbe vue, où nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille. De nombreuses activités pour tous les âges et tous les goûts à proximité : ski alpin, avec un espace pour les enfants, ski de fond, randonnées hivernales, pistes pour de jolies balades en raquettes... Le chalet est impeccable et très confortable, avec une superbe vue. Marco est un hôte accueillant et réactif. Merci encore pour cette formidable semaine très appréciée !

nous avons passé le week end de l' ascencion sous le soleil face au Mont Blanc , le chalet est dans un quartier très calme avec une vue splendide .Il est très fonctionnel avec une déco typique savoyarde. Merci à Théo pour la qualité apporté à ce logement .Nous reviendrons volontiers .

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, letti molto comodi, tutto perfetto. Macchina del caffè e bollitore molto utili, con tutto l'occorrente per utilizzarli. Posto auto comodissimo e lago, ristoranti e funicolare a meno di 10 minuti da casa. Torneremo sicuramente, anche perchè ci siamo sentiti accolti con sollecitudine da Stephanie, sempre molto disponibile per consigli.

We stayed at Les Seracs in Villars for a long weekend during our “Grand Tour” of Europe. Of all the places we stayed in this apartment stood out. It is beautifully designed and the spring sun bathed the balcony and sitting room in sunlight for most of the day. The views are quite majestic. The bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable, there is a choice of a shower or bath and the large well equipped kitchen has all you need and easy to entertain around the large dining room table. It is well located for the village centre (4 mins walk) where you can find excellent restaurants and a good variety of shops, including a well stocked Coop supermarket. The train station and Roc d’ Orsay gondola are also a short walk from the chalet, both providing access to the mountains. We enjoyed our walk at Bretaye and found the beautiful (and delicious!) lakeside restaurant at Lac des Chavonnes. Our host Taline responded to our couple of requests immediately. We highly recommend.

Parfait séjour et ce logement y été pour beaucoup, propre, moderne, bien décoré, pratique pour partir en famille. L'arrêt de bus à 5 min à pied, petite résidence privé très sympa flambant neuf. Niveau vaisselle et équipement tout y est. Cuisine fonctionnelle, le logement est bien grand, casiers pratique, beaucoup de serviettes ect ... enfin.. rien ne manquait je ne vois aucun point négatif vraiment. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil.

Semaine ensoleillée, nous avons profité de la terrasse et surtout de la vue magnifique . Le petit chemin pour arriver à chamonix est super agréable le long de l'eau, loin de la route. Piscine un peu froide mais assez grande pour se réchauffer en faisant des longueurs. Espace intérieur très confortable

We had a wonderful stay. Our stay was during the very 'low season' (end of May to early June) so the summer lifts hadn't opened but we still found plenty to do and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The walk down into Morzine was lovely. We would love to return in the future.

A cosy studio in a quiet area with wonderful mountain views. An easy walk to the village centre, supermarket and all attractions. Well-equipped, warm with secure underground parking available. A perfect location for our stay. Thank you Emanuelle!

Excellent séjour dans un appartement qui est véritablement très cozy. Il se situe dans un quartier très calme et reposant à 2 pas des commerces et d'excellents restaurants au bord du lac. D'une propreté irréprochable, très très bien équipé l'appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Le jardin et la terrasse sont des plus incontestables, quel plaisir de prendre petits déjeuné et repas face à la montagne. En soirée, la possibilité de se faire une petite flambée rajoute un coté cocooning fort apprécié. Nadine et Cameron sont des hôtes adorables, très disponible tout en sachant rester très discrets. Un grand merci pour les attentions qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée, pour les conseils et les bonnes adresses. Un seul mot à retenir: REMARQUABLE philippe

Small but perfectly formed - I was skiing in Courmayeur and the drive to and from the apartment was fine, the parking is brilliant especially if it snows overnight, and the apartment is ideal for 1/2 people, warm and equipped for cooking.
