Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. The cottage des Alouettes is located in the district of Les Vignes 4 km from the village of Farges in Septaine and less than 2 km from Avord, between Bourges and Nevers. It is very close to the military base (10/15 minute walk). The cottage is independent in a common area with us. It is a few miles from the most beautiful buildings in the area.
