Monthly Rentals in Avondale

Paula’s place was without a doubt one of the best Airbnb we have stayed at, it exceeded our expectations in so many ways, very clean/tidy, she had an amazing supply of amenities and condiments for our use, all the best cereals, my kids were over the moon, beds were very comfy, unlimited supply of extra blankets if needed as well. The house is also so beautifully decorated as well, nothing has been missed here, anyone who stays here could never be disappointed, it’s truly amazing. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Paula you’re the best.

We had a lovely stay in Wongawilli! We spent 2 nights and it was perfect - private, clean, and central to Wollongong and Kiama for day trips. The space was thoughtfully designed and had great ammenities suitable for longer stays. There were complimentary soft drinks, jams, spreads, and milk which was great! The Illawarra Getaways team was responsive to any questions I had and was helpful with providing clear check-in instructions and providing extra linen/towels. Would definitely come back and recommend! ☺️

Tim was a fantastic host and the house had everything you needed. The view, peacefulness and aspect of the property was stunning. “Majestic” was how my 11 year old described the view and it truly is. The goats provided a lot of entertainment for the children and adults alike! It was a wonderful property to enjoy a city break.

Vince was most welcoming when we arrived. He showed us around the property and gave great recommendations for dinner. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The highlight of the stay had to be Harry, Prince and Star! They are just the loveliest bunch, so so friendly and absolutely loved the attention we gave. We also woke up to one of the best views in the morning. Called out to the horses and they came running. They made it so hard to leave. 100% recommending this stay. We'll definitely be back, Vince!
