She is over 100 years old so the doors stick from time to time and the wooden floors may creak. The house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. House is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age

Arriving to a heated house, and other treats including a good bottle of shiraz was especially appreciated. Place was great except the lounge was very low and hard for us old fellows to get up out of. Also we tried using the barbecue but it ran out of gas after I cleaned the barbecue plate. Other than those couple of things it was great.

Olga’s small houseboat was very nicely furnished. Complete kitchen for food prep, large dining area and comfortable lounge with large tv with a very crisp picture. The bathroom and bedroom were suitable. It reminded me of marina life from back in our days as live a board boaters. A short drive to town. Neighborhood was quiet. Olga was proactive and quick to respond.

The house is well equipped and great for a large family and/or group of families. The array of options for kayaks / standup paddle board and the range of life jacket sizes meant everyone was able to enjoy the on water activities. Everyone had a great stay, even with the cold terrible weather, there is enough room for adults and kids to spread out inside/outside - with all the amenities and more for a comfortable stay were welcomed. Would come back again in the warmer weather in future. Thanks to Daniel and Kim!
