We absolutely loved our stay at Avlaki Cottage. Beautiful surroundings, lovely gardens & pool. We loved Avlaki too, and a beautiful walk on the trail to San Stefano. It was a perfect holiday! Highly recommend if you like somewhere quiet.

Peter’s villa is absolutely fantastic! It’s been newly decorated and the whole place is pristine. The pool area and outdoor kitchen are perfect for a group to hang out. No one over looks you and although there are other villas nearby, the house feels very secluded and peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped for proper cooking, and Peter provided plenty of towels, blankets, basic amenities etc to make our stay super comfortable. You can walk to the sea and a couple of tavernas which serve breakfast, lunch and dinner within 2 minutes. The larger town of Kassiopi is a 5 minute drive. There’s a car park in Kassiopi which is well managed and only €5 per day. Peter is also a very responsive host and we had an excellent experience all round!

Very friendly family, the place is clean and you can also order traditional Albanian food delivered to your room.
