Facing and overlooking the Vila Castle and dam, on this Alentejo hill we value nature, the local community, traditions and customs. In the Hangar of Club Nautico you can rent canoes, kayaks and seagulls, as well as enjoy the municipal swimming pool and river beach. Solar boat rides are also an attraction you can enjoy.

MonteZinho - House on the Dam

MonteZinho is located on one of the banks of the Maranhão Dam reservoir, with direct and private access to the waterfront. It is a rare and privileged place in its location, where the sounds and colors of the typical Alentejo landscape abruptly erupt through the water mirror of the reservoir. The 3 hectares of the property are filled with hundreds of olive trees and other fruit trees that will, for sure, give an even more special flavor to your stay.

Benavila's Peace and Calm House

Our house is in **Benavila**, a charming village that offers a true taste of Alentejo culture. It's the perfect escape from city life, inviting you to dive into the tranquility of the Alentejo countryside. Our home is the ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. You'll be close to the **Maranhão Dam**, the **Abreu Callado Foundation**, the **Avis Swimming Pools and Nautical Club**, and you can explore local food at the traditional taverns in the area.

Herdade de São Martinho

A Herdade de São Martinho, is part of one of the oldest Montes in the Region and is located in the municipality of Avis. The Mount belonged to the old Order of the Templars and later to the Religious Order of Avis. Being for generations in the same family, its small houses, previously inhabited by Herdade workers, have been remodeled for those who want to enjoy life in the countryside as if they were in their own home.

São Martinho Estate

Charismatic house located in the historic center of Avis, next to the Pelourinho. The house was recently renovated, maintaining its old layout and Alentejo spirit. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds). It has a versatile social space, with a small patio ideal for summer breakfasts and a typical Alentejo fireplace for winter evenings.

Discover the stunning landscape that surrounds this home. Consisting of 6 bedrooms (4 with double beds, 1 with 3 single beds and 1 in the attic with 5 beds). 3 full toilets and 1 half WC. Equipped kitchen (coffee machine Doce Gusto). Close to the Montargil Dam, ideal for families and groups of friends who appreciate water sports and boats. Weekend stay we have late check out until 8PM
