Monthly Rentals in Avilés

We've been here 5 days and the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very well decorated, totally renovated. The parking is very good. It's true that it's a little far from the center to walk, but we went by car and in 10 minutes we were parking near the center. Also, keep in mind that not having an elevator makes it difficult to go up with suitcases. But if you want a quiet and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviles, I definitely recommend it.

Both Miguel Ángel and his wife were very friendly and helpful to us. When we arrived they were already waiting for us, they gave us access to the garage and explained everything about the apartment. They also made recommendations for restaurants to eat at and places to visit. The next day, they were interested in asking us how our night had been, and on the last day they also came to say goodbye. The apartment is very good, located in a nice area and with a lot of atmosphere. Everything highly recommended!!

We were super comfortable and the house is impeccable. If I had to mention a drawback, it would be that a TV is missed, even if it is small, in the dining room. Otherwise, great. And it was a nice touch to leave oil, salt and sugar.

We loved it. It is a very spacious, comfortable house in a great location. The house has everything and is spotless and super clean. I don't think you could ask for more. Thank you Alicia and Eduardo for your accommodation.
