Spacious studio apartment in the city center

A spacious one bedroom apartment in a perfect location in the center of the city with easy access to everywhere - the central bus station 2 minutes away, Herzl Street, the Independence Square, the city market, the Sharon mall and the beaches of Netanya - are all within walking distance, and also all the main streets (Smilansky, Shmuel Hanatziv, Herzl, Binyamin Boulevard). The apartment is bright, spacious and very cozy and is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The street is bustling during the daytime, but the apartment windows are not in the front and there is no noise. In the evening the street is very quiet. Mosel parking lot from 14.00 is opposite. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary :) **There is no shelter (or security room) in the building**

The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

In a magical big garden full of fruit trees and herbs. Home to my parents, artists that will happily show their wonderful work and studios. A perfect location for private car or public transport, 15 min walk from Pardes Hana Train Station (40 min from Tel aviv). 10 min lovely walk through woods to city center. 15 min drive to the beautiful nature around and historical sites (Cesarea ruins and Aqueduct beach, the hills and stream of Amikam and Mount Carmel) Plenty of fun things to do around.

This is an enchanting guesthouse, well sized and furnished, located in the heart of the lovely Sharon region, just a few Kilometers from the mediterranean sea. Designed , spacious and air conditioned :)The pool is fenced for the safety of the children:)Two huge bathrooms are designed. Of course, cleanliness and number 1 sterility with us. Giving a feeling and feeling is best given to the best service. Heating the pool from November 5 this year.
