The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

You will enjoy our Villa and its garden with its heated swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the mountains that you will find in the 4 large bedrooms of the house (complete with 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs). Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport.

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
