It has air conditioning, a closed fireplace and Wi-Fi, parking in an interior courtyard (height up to 2m), a backyard and woods. Use this base to explore the Aveiro, Porto or Coimbra region, or just to rest in a pleasant country house.

Private house, located in the peaceful Urbanização Clube Fim de Semana da Ria, which enjoys a privileged location between Ria de Aveiro and the ocean, ideal for families with children and animals. By car, the house is 9 minutes from the ocean beach, 5 minutes from the river beach, 7 minutes from the entrance to the São Jacinto Dunes Natural Reserve and 10 minutes from the São Jacinto Ferryboat (connection to Aveiro).

Built at the end of the 19th century by a merchant based in Brazil, it was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021, the result is a house with soul and history dressed in comfort and charm.
