Apartment vacation rentals in Avanos

Mrs. Zarife helped us find the house. The location was very central. The house had everything from dish soap to laundry detergent. It was clean and tidy. The hosts were very kind and even offered us cake. The only bad thing was that the double bed was very loud and uncomfortable. The bed needs to be changed. We were satisfied with everything else.

Great new house, extremely clean house. Very helpful friendly host and cleaning lady. Place is close to Avanos center and to beautiful river park. You can flying balloons from the balcony. The road to major archeological and geological parks is very convenient. We had a great time at Yagmur's place!

Our family of four enjoyed our time at this stay. The kitchen had the kitchen equipment needed to prepare meals (no microwave) and we were within walking distance of several grocery stores (Migros had most everything we needed). We liked not being located right in the heart of the touristy area and enjoyed seeing the local people go about their daily business. The touristy part of Urgup is ~10 minute walk down the main road. It was a bit of a drive to get to some of the sites, but we didn't mind that. We enjoyed seeing the balloons in the distance from the balcony. The place offered plenty of space for four people, with 2 bedrooms, a large living area, and 2 outside areas. It was between 70-85 Fahrenheit during our stay and it never got overly warm inside without air conditioning. I will note that no shampoo / bath soap is provided and we were unable to find trash bags or toilet paper beyond the one of each provided. Not a deal killer, but good to know going in.

Osman is a very good host who welcomed us at the road we dropped from taxi and showed us around in the apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean, air conditioning is good and bathrooms are provided with shower amenities. Laundry machine is easy to use and it’s only a few minutes walk from the town center and supermarkets like BIM and A101.

Two bedrooms and a living room and a large kitchen. Everything needed was there. It was easy to get to and there was no parking problem. Cleanliness is very good. We easily reached them when we needed them. There's a grocery store downstairs and a bakery across the street.

It was a pleasant stay. Apartment was very clean. It is right in the center and has access to almost everything. Host are very nice, friendly and very responsive.

The host was also very kind and helped me with all his heart and sincerity. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I especially liked the surrounding scenery. The sunset was also the best. If I visit Cappadocia again, I would like to stay at NUMAN’s house.

Very clean, tidy apartment. It was comfortable for the four of us. Erhan and his brother are very helpful and friendly, they always responded quickly if we had any questions. I recommend it to everyone!

I hesitated to make a reservation because it was a semi-basement, but I knew that I didn't need to worry the moment I opened the door and entered. It's spacious, clean, and well-equipped with lots of things to make you feel comfortable. Cooking utensils, seasonings, washing machine, drying rack, iron, microwave, 4-burner gas stove (turn it on and light it with a torch), large refrigerator, lots of towels and toilet paper, hair dryer, board games, etc... The location is also good, so it's close to Gureum Terminal, ATMs, and restaurants. When picking up or touring the airport, if you give the Airbnb address, it will be confusing, so you can tell the Grand Cappadocia Hotel (30 seconds away) or the PTT across the street. The owner was very kind, and when my pickup car was late on the first day, he came out to the door and waited. I stayed here for 2 nights and 1 night at the cave hotel, but if I go back, I want to stay only here. There was no basement feeling at all, and the air was pleasant, and it was rather nice because it wasn't hot.

Superb host. Great communication. Very friendly and responsive. Brand new apartment building with security cameras around the hallways and outside. Very pleasant and peaceful area. Within 30 minutes drive of major attractions. Great if you have your own way to move around. Will recommend a 💯 percent

Miss. Zehra is very warm and friendly. She was always responsive and made our stay very comfortable. The house is really well maintained. She also kept some welcome snacks for us which was very sweet. Worth the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Volkan's cave apartment! It is located within a short walk from a vibrant part of the city with many shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is unique, creating a cave feeling, yet it includes all the amenities of a modern hotel! It is spacious and well organized! We have the added complexity of traveling with our two teenage children. They each had plenty of room. Even more important is the hospitality and kindness of our host Volkan. We were pleasantly surprised by one of the best breakfasts we have had in Turkey - complementary! We stay at many Airbnb's in many parts of the world and are happy to give Volkan and his wonderful apartment our recommendation! We would happily stay here again. Thank you Volkan.

We were so impressed by Tuncer and his mom warm welcome, Mom brought us tea and pastry for breakfast ,so nice of her. everything is accurate as written in the description. clean and spacious apartment, feeling like you were at your own home. Especially Tuncer , he is so genuine 😍 thanks for nice restaurants recommendations and places to visit. We really enjoy our stay at his place . Lovely

We were happy to have found this place for our trip to Cappadocia! We had a great stay for 5 nights. The apartment was brand new, beautifully designed and decorated, with everything and everywhere spotlessly clean. It was spacious with many storage spaces, well equipped with everything we needed. The beds and sofa were also very comfortable. We felt like staying at home. The location was good and safe. The host, Tuncer was very nice, helpful, attentive and responsive. We felt comfortable from making reservations to checking out. Tuncer’s lovely mother made our stay even more pleasant. We were treated good Turkish coffee and tasty homemade bread. It was really a wonderful place for rest and relax after our many days of road trip. I highly recommend this place for short or long stay. A gentle reminder to light sleepers like me: one of the room is adjacent to the main road, so sounds of vehicles can be heard at night. A pair of ear plugs helps a lot.
