Vacation rentals with a pool in Avalon

This place was big enough for my family and a very good experience from the time we arrived till we left. Maria was very polite and welcome to us. The pool was warm enough for us and she kept up with keeping it comfortable for my grandchikdren. I recommended this property as a place to stay for a week with your family. Perfect stay.

The house is a great location close to many things. The view is spectacular on the back deck, can't beat a Cape May sunset. Mara is great to get in touch with if you have any questions with clear instructions for the house.

I went with a group of friends to celebrate my bachelorette weekend. It was a amazing space! Everyone loved it and the house is extremely well maintained. Such a great spot to go have a relaxing weekend with family or friends. The house is super cute and well decorated. There are some great restaurants and bar near by. Rich was very responsive and professional. I had the best weekend with my girls!

Home is perfect for a large family gathering. Pool, hot tub and outdoor patio are great for kids and adults. Indoors is amazing - plenty of bedrooms, large kitchen, and lots of indoor space. Short drive to Wildwood Boardwalk, Stone Harbor Beach, Cape May Zoo - which we did all, and really enjoyed. Plenty of great restaurants - went to several including Borghi’s By The Bay for breakfast. Borghi’s accommodated our large group, and food was spectacular - service was excellent. All of us (8 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful time. GREAT HOME IN GREAT LOCATION.

The best vacation spot! Tara was very helpful, polite, & very responsive. We will definitely rent from her again!! Overall an amazing experience from booking to checking in to leaving!

The house inside was very nice, the exterior needs some more work but looked like they are making progress to make it really nice. The hot tub was amazing 🤩. We used the grill each evening. Thanks for letting us stay here, really enjoyed our stay even though it was cooler we when to the beach 🏖️. We went to Sunset beach to watch the sunset one evening!! Diamond beach we found 2 conch shells 🐚! Thanks 🙏 again

The house was very spacious and accommodating. Great location near the beach and boardwalk. The host always responded quickly and was very easy going. We would definitely stay here again.

we booked Sharon's place for our anniversary and couldn't have been happier. It was close by to stores and restaurants. we cooked some our meals at "home". Appliances were nice. Accomodations were very comfortable. Very hot shower, and the view from the balcony was exceptional! you could see and hear the ocean! Sharon communicated well, we had no problems whatsoever! Hope to go back again!

We had an excellent stay! The space was on the smaller side as listed but it was thoughtfully set up and had everything our family needed for a comfortable visit. The location truly couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. It made it easy to enjoy our time together without having to travel far. Everything was clean, comfy, and convenient. Beach tags included and pool access were added bonuses! We’d definitely stay here again and hope to book again soon for an easy beach getaway. The accommodations were private and serene, providing a peaceful retreat. The location was convenient, with a short 15-minute walk to the vibrant boardwalk and sandy beaches. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of welcome snacks, which were especially comforting after our long journey. The rocking chairs on the property offered a relaxing spot to unwind after our beach days. We enjoyed exploring the local dining scene, with standout meals at Vegas Diner and Russo’s Market. The sandwich I ordered at Russo’s Market was truly exceptional, the largest I’ve ever encountered. This was the perfect weekend getaway for my wife and me, offering a balance of relaxation, convenience, and local experiences.

Just returned from my 6th stay at Erica’s condo. Most of the units are owner occupied with only a few rentals. It’s perfect for those looking for a chill relaxing environment. Just a few blocks to the beach, Centennial Park (has live music series!), and Sunrise Park. Erica is an awesome host, the condo is perfect and well maintained. We’re already booked again for next year!

Mary is a great host and seems like a really nice person. This place is on the beach and the sunrises and sounds of the surf are spectacular!

This place was the perfect spot for a week away with my boyfriend. We wanted to be close to the beach (it is steps away!) and have a pool option. The condo was very clean and welcoming upon entry. It was stocked with everything we needed and there was a charming welcome basket, which was a warming touch. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Highly recommend!
