Very good house! Close to the beach (100 meters distance), and near Centro da Ilhabela. Large and illuminated house; it is between Balsa and Villa, a 5-minute walk to Itaguassu beach. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 suites), all with air conditioning, ceiling fan; high quality beds and Smart TV. Full kitchen. We provide sheets, pillows, pillowcases and bath towels. There is fiber-optic Wi-Fi internet and a garage for 4 cars. Sea Club is 2km away. Whale Sighting, May to August.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
