Beautiful property, it almosy felt like being inside a movie :) peaceful and spacious. Beds were 10/10. We especially enjoyed the fire place outside as well as the living room decor!

Pleasant short stay in Peter's cottage, well renovated combining comfort and charm! Plenty of space, quiet and impeccably clean. Peter was very responsive and friendly in his various communications, and we were happy to chat with him a little (in English!) during our stay. A very nice place that we recommend!

The house and garden are very suitable for toddlers: it's simple, there are more toys at Céline's than at our house!

Staying in an old converted train station was fantastic. The property has been converted and equipped with a lot of love. It is a real paradise, even for our dog, who appreciates the large garden and has recognized it as his "territory." Particularly important: your own office with excellent WiFi connection, ideally suited for home office. Particularly noteworthy: the incredible cordiality of Renato and his housekeeper Valerie. Very good stay in a house with lots of charm. The enclosed garden is also very nice. The amenities are diverse and of good quality for people who like to cook. Well heated accommodation and comfortable beds. The walks around the place are also pleasant and well marked.

We had an amazing stay with the whole family (11 people) at this wonderful, very spacious and very well equipped house in Entrains. We used the garden and swimming pool intensively! The owner and owner were extremely friendly, charming and helpful. The area is quiet and rural. Sightseeing are at some distance! We definitely want to come back! In addition, we spoiled Dutch people missed a "lounge set" outside a bit during the beautiful summer evenings. All with all an top location!

Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

Perfect cottage for a weekend in the countryside with friends and family. The decoration is carefully thought out, everything is very clean and the setting is warm and bucolic. The composition of the two cottages with a reception area is pleasant and flowing. It felt good there. I would highly recommend it. Thank you Fanny for your hospitality and flexibility.

The cottages on offer were perfect for bringing the family together. We were 12 and the compositions of the rooms and beds made it possible to satisfy everyone. The cottages are comfortable and well equipped. We would recommend it in a second.

The place is really nice to chill with some friends by the pool and go BBQ with plenty of games and a Ping Pong table. Benjamin's wife even gave us some delicious strawberries from their garden.

3-day stay in this family country house. The environment is quiet and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay.

Aurelien is a friendly and welcoming host. The house is large and beautiful with a huge garden in the countryside. She's super nice no matter what time of day. Although a little old-fashioned (small electricity problem among other things), it is well-equipped (the game room is great) and really nice. We had a great weekend and recommend it.

La maisonette was a perfect place for our getaway. The house is very quaint and beautifully decorated. We had all the amenities we needed and felt right at home. The terrace and the swimming pool were perfect for this warm weather and enjoyed every minute of it. Cynthia is a great host and would definitely recommend staying at her place if you are looking for a peaceful home close to the city and the lake.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house in Fontaine La Gaillarde for the Ascension weekend. It is tastefully furnished and feels good. The brand new kitchen is extremely well equipped. The weather was favorable to us and we were able to spend a lot of time in the garden and on the terrace. The small pool allowed us to cool down. William is very kind, excellent communication.

great place for reunions with friends (with 2 infants). living room even better than expected in the photos, well-equipped kitchen and we did not lack anything during the stay. a fireplace was waiting for us to warm up in the middle of winter. Sonia welcomed us warmly and was available during the stay. more than just coming back to test the pool in the summer;)
