Apartment with living room and 2 bedrooms

The apartment, which has its own independent access, is located under our main accommodation (we live just above). You enter through a terrace on which there is garden furniture in the summer. The accommodation includes an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave...), a living room in which there is a 2-seater sofa bed, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The place is great for 4 people but we can accommodate up to 6 people, you'll just lose a little comfort.

Le gîte est une ancienne étable du 19ème siècle aménagée pour le calme, la convivialité, le contact avec la nature et le confort. Cette maison de vacances est prévue pour 4 à 5 personnes avec terrasse en pavé, jardin, meubles de jardin et parking privatif, ainsi qu'un abri couvert pour poussettes et vélos. Bien qu'amis des ANIMAUX, nous ne les autorisons PAS à l'intérieur du gîte. Nous souhaitons également que ce gîte reste un espace NON-FUMEUR.

Entire home with 1 bedroom. Located between Charleroi and Namur, 20 minutes from the airport. Close to Tamines train station and all amenities. Ability to park just in front of the house. In addition, there is 1 terrace to get some fresh air, as well as a private side passage to drop off a bike, scooter or motorcycle (possibility of leaving the key to the side passage if you ask me). There is 1 bed upstairs and 1 sofa bed in the living room.

A stone's throw from the city center, the citadel and the cable car. Cross the street, you will discover restaurants, bars, shops, museums, etc. Our two closed garages will make your vehicles useless during your stay. Bike ride, sauna, a short kayak, paddle or cable car ride will make your getaway unique.

The ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility (1 accessible double bedroom with its adapted bathroom). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The garden is fully fenced and there is also a fence between our two gardens.
