Monthly Rentals in Austinmer

The house worked really well for our family with lovely bedrooms for everyone and a comfortable living area with different spots for people to read or relax with the ocean views out the big windows. Also a nice stroll to the excellent Austinmer ocean pool that we swam in each day!

Kerrie is a wonderful host and her place reflects that in spades. The property has a lovely garden with tall beautiful trees in the back and the view of the ocean in the front. The decor, garden, furnishings were all amazing. And the place is immaculate - exactly as in the photos. They were very kind to let us charge our EV Car and we enjoyed our short chat with them too. And the icing on the cake was Gizmo, their sweet dog! He added the X factor in our short stay. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a lovely 6 night stay at Anita's place. It was a great place to unwind and good base for getting out and about enjoying the beaches and numerous coastal walks from Stawell Tops down to Kiama. The location is close to the beach so easy for a quick morning or afternoon swim down at the pool. The studio was very beautifully decorated and well equiped with everything you could need for a week away. Having the outdoor seating area was a great place to enjoy a cuppa and read books in the sun. We would highly recommend Anita's place.

We stayed for two nights while attending a nearby wedding, and Sue’s place was perfect. It’s in a great location, very close to Austinmer Beach, with some lovely cafes nearby and a peaceful street. The space was exactly as described - clean, welcoming, and ideal for the two of us. The TV folds out so you can stay cosy and watch from bed, and the heater worked really well despite the freezing weather. The hosts were warm, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again! For the price you pay, it’s great value and hard to find elsewhere.
