A modern residential building (Teatra street 2), built between the old houses of 1900 and 1785, overlooking the Church of St. Peter and the Church of St. John. 5th floor. There is a KONE elevator. The apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay. Great location. Shops, restaurants, cafes, museums, exhibitions, transport nearby. A perfect place to rest and work. Maximum 4 guests (2+2). Located next to the village Atpūta. The place is surrounded by trees, bushes in the area of 1ha. Closed area. There are two holiday homes on the territory, placed so as not to disturb the enjoyment of the countryside peace. Sauna and hot tub (extra charge), small pond. The house has a kitchen area, a living area and a shower room with a toilet. On the second floor there are two double beds, on the first floor there is a pull-out sofa.

Our renovated wooden house was built in 1938 it is surrounded by forest and fields. Idyllic place to stay in nature. It is pure country escape from busy city life. Our cozy wooden house is located only a 12 minute drive from Jelgava and a 55 minute drive from Riga. The house is suitable for a romantic holiday or a family with childrens . You can enjoy a romantic evening and peaceful morning on the sunny terrace around the house.
