I had never rented an Air BnB. So it made me a little nervous, but Evan was always very responsive with my text message questions, thus making my experience very enjoyable. It was myself ,my son & daughter & their spouses, the house was very comfortable , the yard was very beautiful & so peaceful, relaxing. I would highly recommend this home/house.

What a beautiful house to unwind and relax. I booked this place for my Mom and I to have a place to relax during my brother’s funeral. The beds are very comfy! My mom loved the recliner chair. Service is pretty bad up there, but wifi worked well. Loved having the yard to let my dog play and watch the sunset. Only 13 mins from downtown Silverton, so just far enough out of town for pure peace and quiet. But close enough to go grab food! I will definitely be booking again in the future! 🤍🙏🏽

New & Spacious Comfort in Salem

So, after spending ten days in Hawaii, we had a stop on the way home for a wedding in Silverton. We needed a larger home to accommodate 3 generations, so this home in Salem was perfect. It is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home plus a bonus office/TV room in a (tightly packed) family neighborhood of newer homes. High ceilings, a well equipped kitchen and the newness of the home were great. All bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. My sister in law loved the bonus room for her morning exercise routine. Perfect for our family’s stay!

Mark & Svetlana's place was exactly what I needed. It was close to where I was working, easy to get to/from the freeway, comfortable in style and materials, and I would have returned almost immediately if they'd had availability. The kitchen was well-stocked to be able to cook and eat meals, the beds & pillows were wonderfully comfortable, 3 bathrooms (!) including the master with a double-vanity and huge shower, comfortable couch, great dining area, and the TVs were set to be able to log into my streaming account with an automatic log-out at check-out (so you can't forget). I was very happy with my stay there and hope to return when I work in the area again.
