House freshly renovated by us; on the ground floor a large open room with fully equipped kitchen, upstairs two pretty bedrooms, one with views of the Quié de Sinsat and a brand new bathroom.

Charming cozy accommodation in the heart of nature, ideal for a relaxing or sporting getaway. Nearby: river, hiking, climbing, mountain biking and skiing in season. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

Ideal for people who like beautiful authentic things, this accommodation has a resolutely unique style. In this regard, I would greatly appreciate it if we stopped confusing "old tiles and dirty tiles" and also, since there is a very nice cutting board, to use the trivet that I also made by hand and which does not deserve such relentlessness, THANK YOU.
