Shop, hiking areas, restaurants in the vicinity. 25 minutes by car to the Zoo and 15 minutes by car to Kristiansand city centre. 2 minutes by car to Moseidmoen sports ground, and 4 minutes to Vennesla city centre. The apartment is suitable for families who want a holiday weekend, a week or just need accommodation for a night. 25 min to Dyreparken, 15 min to Åros camping with a pool and great Beach. The hill also has an amazing beach for both big and small that is right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park High and Lavt. Also suitable for commuters if you want a furnished cozy home for a shorter period of time.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is throughout a high standard in the cabin with ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.
