A place to relax in beautiful natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature constant throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Nyt et opphold på dette fredelige bostedet inne i skogen ved Grimevannet i Lillesand. I denne eldre boligen har vi beholdt den gameldagse lune atmosfæren som mange setter stor pris på. Samtidig finnes moderende hjelpemidler og et godt utstyrt kjøkken mm. Etter en frisk spasertur ute, lag noe godt i det velutstyrte kjøkkenet, sett på en god film og bare nyt den lune atmosfæren inne. Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Boligen ligger nær en vakker sandstrand ved Tingsaker Familiecamping. Det er en kort gåtur til Lillesand sentrum og flotte turområder. En elv renner ved huset, hvor man kan fiske. Dyreparken ligger en 15 minutters kjøretur unna. Til Grimstad og Kristiansand sentrum tar det under 30 minutter med bil.
