Monthly Rentals in Audubon Lake

Jennifer’s place was very accommodating in every way one can imagine. The place is gorgeous, clean, cozy etc…. Nothing was lacking. The bed is super comfortable. Lots of natural light because of super large windows. Prior to booking Jennifer’s place I was a bit worried about not finding parking for my car , to my surprise there was plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood. Jennifer was very attentive and periodically checked on us to inquire about our welfare and comfort. We definitely will come back whenever we are in Philly. This was definitely a five star experience. Thank you Jennifer.

We had a nice time at Andrea’s place . It was clean and close to public transportation which made it great to get to Philadelphia for a concert and not have to drive .

Great place. convenient location near places to eat, coffee, etc. Would stay here again next time we are in the area!

This is the second time that I have stayed in the building and will look to stay here again. The neighborhood is very walkable and quiet. Fortunately for me, the weather was perfect and walked all over south Philly everyday of my stay. The place was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. This was an amazing value for me and can’t recommend it more highly.
