Brand new cabin. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms. Sun from morning to evening. There is also an electric car charger in the cabin(charging for an additional fee). The cabin is located in scenic and quiet surroundings where you have a lovely view of Bjørndalsvatnet and the surroundings. There are other cabins in the nearby area, but it still almost feels like being by yourself here as there is plenty of space around the cabin. Fully unmanaged for self-catering. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels(can be rented if desired)

The home has a good, family-friendly layout over a flat and is a modern home with balanced ventilation and air-to-air heat pump. Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

A brand new cottage located in Åvedal right by Åvedalsvannet. Quiet place with rich wildlife close to nature. Here you can pick blueberries in the summer, go canoeing, barbecue on the fireplace and swim by the jetty. Good hiking opportunities just outside the cabin. Brufjellhulene, Helleren in Jøssingfjord, Jøssingfjordmuseet, Ruggesteinen, Løtoft, Lundbadet and Sogndalstrand. Shopping opportunities in the small towns of Egersund and Flekkefjord. Motorsenter Norway should be experienced by motor enthusiasts. Preparete ski slopes on Sætra.

Enjoy the peace of fishing from boat or land. Walks into nature on foot with good friends or family. Spring, Summer and Autumn. Fire up the fire pit under great starry sky. Ball games, swimming. 50 min from kristiansand zoo/leisure park. 30 min to Evje where you will find Trollaktiv with bla rafting. 30 min to Vennesla where you can take a trip with Setesdalsbanenbanen and walk in the timber chute. 45 min to slalom slopes in Åseral. 4 min by car to nice beaches below the cabin. Hot tub open from fall to spring.
