Incredible Loft in the best area of La Condesa. Opposite Parque España and steps away from Parque México. A strategic location in Mexico City for walking and eating delicious food. The apartment is bright and very cozy. It has two balconies, a comfortable living room and a dining room for 4, a bar with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a large TV to watch your series and movies. The kitchen is complete and has everything you need. The sunset is beautiful. You'll love this place!

Filtered water included. It features one bedroom, one bathroom and a half, one open-concept living room, a large kitchen, a beautiful terrace, and a shower you will never want to get out of! (but you should because it's bad to waste water ;-) Great place, great location, and great value!
